How do I become a customer?Send us an email or phone us, our director will make contact within a day, and explain in detail how easy it is to get started!

How do I book a one off service?Use the form to book any service you’d like, our team will receive the notification and can book you for next day if necessary.

Do I need to provide anything?We have everything needed at our depot in Central Hove. We stock all necessary equipment to carry out any job at any time.

How does UDR invoice their customers?For one-off services, we will ask for a deposit or full payment prior the service. For ongoing Customers, we invoice every Monday cutting the week on the prior Friday.

Is it safe to provide access to my property?We have been servicing Brighton and Hove for over 6 years now, leading to a large base of clients who have provided us with testimonials which can be found on our home page. We always have and will continue to service and protect our customers.

How soon do I need to cancel a service?We understand things change rapidly. Please inform us more than 24 hours prior to the service to cancel free of charge, less than 24 hours noticed may incur charges depending on the type of service.

How does UDR handle mistakes or complaints?Any mistakes on our side will be amended, within 3 days of the service provided, at no extra cost.

How do I work for UDR?We work with local people with high passion and values, we provide full training and tools. If you are interested in working for us, please send us an email and our director will contact you within a day.

We offer two payment options for your convenience - cash and bank transfer. Please choose the option that suits you best.
Cancellation Policy
When booking with us, please keep in mind that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your clean, please let know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
